Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy before placing an order. By purchasing from afinamystic.com you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

We stand behind our readings. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at afina@afinamystic.com within 30 days of receiving your reading and we will make it right.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at afina@afinamystic.com within 4 hours of purchase. After this window your reading is already in preparation and we are unable to cancel it.

Resolutions may include a complementary revised reading, store credit, or a refund, considered individually. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or inbox issues. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

For membership cancellations, you may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing afina@afinamystic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged for any subsequent periods.

2. Physical Products

Please inspect any physical item on receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at afina@afinamystic.com within 14 days and we will resolve the issue.

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

3. General

Refunds, once approved, may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to decline requests that appear abusive or where this policy has been misused.
