1. Our Offerings

We offer personalised psychic readings delivered digitally by email, prepared individually for each client. We also carry a selection of physical products available through the Site.

Within our reading services, we offer two types of purchase. One-time reading — One-time reading — a single personalised reading delivered to your inbox. No recurring charges. Reading with Follow-Up Membership — Reading with Follow-Up Membership — includes your initial reading plus free follow-up readings so you can continue to ask questions and receive guidance. Your follow-up period renews automatically every month to help you stay connected and supported on your journey. You can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing us at afina@afinamystic.com.

All readings are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is entered correctly to avoid any delivery issues.

2. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Because we begin preparing your reading shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase by emailing afina@afinamystic.com. After this window your order is in progress and our standard refund terms apply.

For physical product orders, please contact us before dispatch if you need to make any changes.

Delivery of digital readings is considered complete upon sending to the email address provided at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or filtering by your email provider.

3. Age

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Follow-Up Membership

Your follow-up period renews automatically every month to help you stay connected and supported on your journey. You can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing us at afina@afinamystic.com. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle and no further charges will be made.

We will let you know in advance of any changes to membership pricing. Continued use following a price update constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

6. About Our Readings

All readings are provided for personal reflection, spiritual guidance, and entertainment purposes only. They are based on intuitive and spiritual insight and may at times be supported by proprietary tools and methods to assist with delivery.

Readings are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial. Nothing provided should be relied upon as fact or used as the sole basis for important decisions.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that readings are interpretive in nature, that outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and that you take full responsibility for any decisions made in connection with your reading. We and our team accept no liability for any loss or consequence arising from use of our services.

All site content and reading materials are our property or that of our licensors. Your reading is created for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared without our consent.
